not a medical provider, hospital, or healthcare facility.

What We Provide
- Consultation coordination with partner clinics
- Medical appointment scheduling and reservations
- Airport transportation and hospitality services
- Professional medical interpretation services
- Patient support and concierge services

What We Do NOT Provide
- Direct medical services, diagnosis, or treatment
- Medical advice or professional medical consultation
- Healthcare staffing or medical administration
- Medical products or pharmaceuticals

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Methods
You can pay for services or deposits through:

- **Direct payment at the clinic** (upon your arrival in Japan)

Refund Policy
**Before Treatment Begins:**
- Full refund minus the ￥15,000 initial consultation fee (non-refundable)

**After Cell Cultivation Begins:**
- No refunds are available once cell cultivation has commenced

**Special Circumstances:**
- In case of patient death, treatment may be transferred to immediate family members
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of cancellation approval.

Dispute Resolution

For U.S. Residents
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

1. **Good-faith negotiation** (minimum 30 days)
2. **Mediation** (if negotiation fails)
3. **Binding arbitration** under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules
- Location: Mutually agreed neutral U.S. location (default: New York, NY)
- Arbitrator: Single neutral arbitrator selected per AAA rules
- Costs: Each party bears its own costs; arbitrator fees split equally

By using our services, you waive your right to jury trial and agree to binding arbitration.

For International Customers (Non-U.S., Non-Japanese)
Disputes shall be resolved through international arbitration in accordance with UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) rules in a mutually agreed location.

For Japanese Residents
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the **Tokyo District Court** as the court of first instance.

Limitation on Legal Action
Any legal action or arbitration must be initiated **within 1 year** of the cause of action arising.
